Abstract Submission Instructions

How to Submit an Abstract to the XX International Seaweed Symposium

Please follow the instructions exactly. Submit Abstract via the Web (DO NOT SEND VIA FAX, MAIL, OR EMAIL).

Select an abstract topic category from the list. Each registrant may submit or sponsor only ONE abstract for an oral and/or poster presentation
A U.S. $50 non-refundable fee (submitted by electronic bank transfer or paid by credit card) is required for each abstract.This fee can then be credited to the presenter's registration fee when registering for the meeting. The fee may be transferred with the permission of the initial abstract submitter.
Do not include any graphics or tabular material in the body of your abstract
Access http://www.xxseaweedsymposium.org/abstractform.php or follow the links bellow. You must have a forms-capable browser with javascript enabled (for example, Mozilla Firefox, MS Internet Explorer version 6 or 7. IE8 is not supported).
Detailed information will be provided on the screen. Enter the information called for each field. When using special characters (superscripts, subscripts, bold, italic, or Greek letters), you will be able to use a toolbar and apply the formatting you need. The system will count the number of words and will not permit you to enter an abstract of more than 250 words. PLEASE PROOFREAD YOUR ABSTRACT BEFORE SUBMISSION.
Proof your abstract, double-checking any special character or symbols.
After proofing, press the "Submit" button. Acknowledgment will be sent to you by e-mail.
