Registration fee includes access to all conferences, coffee breaks, ice-breaker reception, banquet and mid-symposium excursions. Published proceedings of The Meetings will have an additional cost. Early bird registration fees will apply to those payments received before Oct. 30, 2009. Regular registration fees will apply to those payments received Oct. 30, 2009 thru Jan. 22, 2010. All payments in U.S. dollars will have to be made in advance by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. If payment is made at the time of the meetings, please be prepared to pay in U.S. dollars. Requests for refunds will be honored only if received, in writing, before Jan. 14, 2010. A 20% service charge will apply.
